Required Order Information

Custom imprint orders will not begin processing until all of the following are completed:

• Artwork is received and meets our requirements
• The sales order is approved (signed or approved via email/text)
• Payment terms are met

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins. Returned checks (non-sufficient funds) will be assessed a $35 fee per processing attempt.

Quotes

Quotes provided by Wearable Art expire 10 days from the date they are issued. Pricing and availability may vary by customer, order type, and supplier changes.

Sales Orders

Once you accept an estimate, it will be converted into a sales order with full order details (items, quantities, sizes, colors, imprint method, and pricing). Sales orders must be signed or approved via email/text before your order will begin processing.

Mockups

A design mockup is provided with each sales order within 48–72 business hours. Mockups must be signed or approved via email/text before your order will begin processing.

Design Submission

Customer-supplied designs must meet Wearable Art’s artwork requirements. All designs must be submitted with a corresponding purchase order number or job name.

Imprint Placement

Imprint placement will be shown on the sales order and mockup. Due to garment sizing and manufacturing differences, exact placement may vary slightly from item to item.

Minimum Orders

Most apparel items do not require a minimum quantity.

Pre-Production Samples

Pre-production samples are available upon request. Samples require standard turnaround time and are billed at the individual unit cost.

Order Turnaround

Most imprinted apparel orders are completed within 7–10 business days after:

• Customer payment/deposit is received, and
• The sales order and mockup are approved.

Turnaround time does not include weekends, company holidays, shipping/transit time, or custom artwork time.

If you supply your own garments, turnaround may be extended if your items do not arrive within 72 hours of placing the order.

Orders requiring individual bagging, custom finishing, special effects, or other add-ons may require additional production time.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accepted only when production capacity allows. Please confirm availability with a sales associate before assuming rush service is available.

Rush orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Change Orders

Change orders are generally not accepted once an order is approved. Examples include changes to designs, garment colors, quantities, or sizes.

If a change is approved by management:

• Your scheduled due date may change, and
• Additional fees may apply.

Additional fees may include (but are not limited to) shipping, artwork, embroidery digitizing, and processing.

Cancellations

Cancellations of approved orders may be subject to any fees incurred during processing (including artwork, setup, production, and materials). Rush orders may not be canceled.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Returns / Refunds

Defective or misprinted items produced by Wearable Art may be returned for a full refund if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

This does not include defects or misprints on items supplied by the customer.

All returns and refunds must be approved by management.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Wearable Art is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Wearable Art is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is processed.
